Daily:
Rate is $235 per night plus $60 cleaning fee, maxium four people. Additional persons are $20 per day. Pets are welcome but there is an additional charge of $10 per day. There is a two night minimum stay throughout the year. During the months of June and July and August only weekly reservations are accepted.
We do not have an online calendar so please refer to our site on AirBnB for availability.

Weekly rate is $1,480 plus $60 cleaning fee.

Rules:
Check out time is 12am and check in time is 2pm although we try to accommodate you for the ferry schedules. We recommend you phone BC Ferries for reservations in peak seasons and on weekends when travelling from Vancouver. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

A deposit of 50% is required which can be paid by etransfer or cheque. Balance is due upon arrival.
The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date or if the cottage can be rebooked.
Pets cannot be left unattended in the cottage or on the deck at any time.
Special
needs:
The deck around the cottage is enclosed with a very secure fish net however the hot tub does not have any barriers.
The loft has very steep stairs and is not accessible by anyone with a mobility impairement.
